Rental Agreement
To rent a Ferrari at Solei Scuderia, drivers must be over the age of 25 (over 30 for some vehicles). You must present a full and valid license, which has been held for a minimum of one year.

Rental rate includes :
- Vehicle pickup from Solei Scuderia rental agency in Aix-en-Provence for a minimum duration of 24 hours.
- Stated distance rate.
- Vehicle insurance.
Rental rate does not include :
- Additional rental days.
- Additional kilometers.
- Fuel.
- Tolls.
Before enjoying the drive of your Ferrari, you must sign a fixed term rental agreement. Your signature is binding.
- You must leave a security deposit.
- You must pay a fixed excess of 15 000€ in the event of theft of the vehicle, or damages caused by an unknown third party, or accident you caused, or damages lower than 15 000€.
- After the 1-hour grace period with your scheduled return time, you will be subject to additional daily rental fees.
- All police fines will be charged to the driver in all cases.
- You must respect some rules of use. For instance, you must activate the antitheft device at every stop. You must drive on appropriate roads. Participations in any race or speed contest is prohibited.
- You must pay the total cost of repairing or the market value of the vehicle if the vehicle is damaged: because of a wrong size estimate, when used or driven by any person impaired by the use of alcohol, narcotics, intoxicants, or drugs, used with or without a prescription, when used or driven by any person other than renter or additional drivers…
If you cancel less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before your rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your rental (or are a no-show at the time of rental), you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost.
